McGuffin Mornings Presents Impacting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: A Conversation for Marketers
You know that investing in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) has a positive impact on your organization. You’ve seen the data on how supporting, paying and hiring Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) employees fosters an environment of inclusion and generates more revenue for the organization. And you’re all for it. But then you think, well I’m just a marketer. What can I do that HR isn’t already doing?

In this virtual McGuffin Mornings panel, we will discuss how marketers are uniquely positioned to influence DE&I as both internal changemakers and external brand champions. We’ll be talking with three marketing leaders who put DE&I front and center in all that they do. The discussion will focus on how marketers have the power to implement DE&I in practical, immediately applicable ways by creating a pipeline, understanding what “culture” really means and discussing how the Great Resignation is impacting BIPOC.
